Many middle-aged people have experienced an injury that has prevented them from doing the activities that they love. Some are old injuries from sports, maybe as long back as college, whereas other have developed over time from repetitive use.
MTR is the process of correcting those injuries and restoring function and strength of the muscles. For many, the ability to play sports again and workout on a regular basis is priceless.
Seniors hold large amounts of irregular connective tissue in their muscles, and many suffer from arthritis. The muscles will struggle to hold the weight load further increasing muscle deterioration. Through MTR, relief can be achieved and many can stop using pain medication they have been on for many years.
Today many children display repetitive motion syndrome from excessive involvement in sports. MTR will help children continue their sports and prevent progression into more severe forms of injury. Some children suffer from Osgood Schlatter and Severs syndrome. Both are inflammation of the growth plates, and can be alleviated by MTR. MTR is effective for treating children and the often respond very quickly to the therapy.
Older teens and those in the early 20’s have finished the growth phase and have 90 percent red fibers in their muscles. They can still suffer from too much strain on the muscles during their growth phase.
When they experience MTR, they respond very quickly as their bodies do not have a long history of collective (white tissue).
So fewer hours are required to treat and solve injury. If they are active in competitive sports, they will need to maintain the work so they will not break down from overuse.
